This notice covers personal data for which Proust is the controller. For interview content, the business that ran the interview is the controller and Your data & privacy explains how we process it on their behalf. Participants: the plain-language version of everything below is for interview participants.

Personal data is shared only with the service providers that run Proust — listed, with what each one touches, on Your data & privacy — and where the law requires it. Providers act under data-processing terms and cannot use the data for their own purposes.
Anyone can ask us to access, correct, or delete their personal data, or to stop panel contact, by emailing privacy@proust.dev. We respond within 45 days. We extend these rights to everyone, regardless of where you live.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; access is role-limited. If a breach affects your personal data we will notify you without undue delay.
We’ll post changes here with a new effective date; material changes get 30 days’ notice to account holders.
