Interview data belongs to the business that ran the interview; this page covers retention, subprocessors and deletion.

Interview data belongs to the business that ran the interview. Proust processes it on that business’s behalf, does not sell it, and does not use it to train AI models. Voice interviews are transcribed live; no audio is stored.

Data processing agreement. Included in the terms you accept when you create an account. It is not necessary to sign a separate document: Data Processing Agreement.

Retention

• Audio: never stored.
• Transcripts: until the business deletes them or closes its account.
• Voice provider’s transcript copy: 30 days.
• Participant reward details: 12 months after the last reward, then de-linked.
• Account data: while the account is active.

Subprocessors. 14 days’ notice before adding one that reads or hears conversations.

Deletion. Email info@proust.dev. Participants: email from the address your reward was sent to. Data is deleted within 45 days; backups within 14 days.
